- Ensure schools are safe places for students and staff.
- Restore accountability in Hillsborough Public Schools.
- Ensure our schools have the appropriate resources to ensure student success.
- Minimize the number of Certificates of Completion for our High School Seniors.
- Attract and retain highly-qualified teachers for our students in District 5.
